Monument suppliers have advised that they continue to experience significant delays in manufacturing and shipping because of COVID-19. The supply chain has been impacted by lockdowns, production issues and labour shortages, resulting in a backlog of delayed orders.
In addition, the extended wet weather conditions have resulted in severe waterlogging in some areas of the cemetery and the ground is unstable for installation equipment to be used safely.
While we understand a memorial is important to family and friends, due to the above circumstances we are unable to meet the expected timeframes for the installation of monuments and inscriptions.
